Pre-Natal
This unique and comprehensive exercise program addresses the needs of the pregnant woman from the first trimester through labor. Using the Pilates method of exercise, our program will gently and safely prepare the body for the rigors of labor while re-aligning the body for successful birthing.
Post-Natal
The postnatal program will gently rebuild the body’s strength from the inside out, beginning just hours after delivery. The mother will be guided through a series of Pilates-based exercises designed to close the abdominals, realign the spine and rehabilitate the pelvic floor.
Diastasis recti, C-sections and separation of the pubic bone are also addressed.
