Imagine a workout that is fluid combining the movements used in yoga, swimming, ballet, gymnastics and Pilates all at the same time. The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a three dimensional workout that simultaneously stretches and strengthen muscles and tendons while also articulating and mobilizing the joints. It is a full body workout targeting the hamstrings, abdominals, back, upper body, hips, knees, spine and thighs. Corresponding breathing patterns allow the body to cleanse, leaving you a natural high. After just a few sessions you will feel longer, stronger and more flexible. It has proven to relieve, if not cure, a host of aliments including, but not limited to, scoliosis, herniated discs and cervical problems.

Session Times

All sessions are approximately 55 minutes and are by appointment and sign-up only.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required on all cancellations, or the full session price will be charged.

Refund Policy

Unused classes/lessons will only be refunded as studio credit.
